StarBrite Permafrost was mixed by Ink Master Season 4 Winner and Pro-Team artist, Scott Marshall (RIP). It makes a solid, pastel colour that works great when doing watercolour or realistic backgrounds. This colour mixes very well with El Paso Sand and Lite Fleshtone.
