Perma Blend’s Scalp Set is specially blended for the scalp. The quality of these pigments was formulated to last longer and need minimal touch up. The kit consists of 6 colours ranging from light grey to black and even brown. This also contains an orange modifier if needed plus a free bottle of Thin Shading Solution.
